Afonso revealed that he exclusively trades US indices, specifically US30 and German 30, due to their high volatility, which aligns perfectly with his trading strategy. “Trading is more than just a job for me—it’s a lifestyle,” Afonso shared. “I’m not trading for money; money comes after. The passion for trading is what drives me.”
Afonso’s strategy revolves around a unique approach to binary numbers and specific market zones that he has meticulously developed. He focuses exclusively on the US session, leveraging volatility to gain an edge. His strategy has been backtested and shows a remarkable 100% success rate on US 30.
“The numbers I use are valid only during the US session. It’s not about highs and lows but about specific zones and market numbers,” Afonso explained. He utilizes these numbers to predict market movements, ensuring a high degree of accuracy. His approach is based on the principle that computers recognize only two values—zero and one—mirroring the binary nature of his strategy.
Afonso also highlighted the effectiveness of his strategy in terms of risk-reward ratios, with impressive returns of up to 80% over a three-month period. “The risk-reward ratio is very high, which makes this strategy particularly robust,” he noted.
