E8 Markets has announced the launch of a new in-person event titled The E8 Live Lounge Experience, scheduled to take place in Prague, Czech Republic, on January 30–31, 2026. The firm describes the gathering as a live, living-room-style trading environment designed to give participants a closer look at how professional traders operate under pressure.

According to E8 Markets, attendance will be free, but the event is invite-only and requires an application. The firm emphasized that the experience is not a traditional webinar or seminar. Instead, it is an immersive, behind-the-scenes format where real traders demonstrate their decision-making, risk handling, and execution processes in real time.

The agenda is around practical learning rather than theory. Topics ready to be covered include the discipline rule elite traders follow consistently, the role of simulated pressure in building emotional control, methods professionals use to keep risk low during losing weeks, and the long-term habits that separate consistent traders from those who drop out of the industry.

The event environment will feature sofas, a cinema-style screen, low background music, and recorded sessions, creating what E8 Markets calls a relaxed but focused atmosphere. Planned segments include short talks, an inside-the-desk panel, and a mentorship bar offering seven-minute one-on-one sessions with three featured mentors: Albert Burgess, Max Van der Haagen, and Ken Chigbo. These sessions will focus on execution, risk, and liquidity. Attendees will also have access to a 30-second video booth to record brief reflections on what they learned.

The mentors bring different perspectives to the event. Albert Burgess is famous for his emphasis on process over prediction. Max Van der Haagen focuses on liquidity, narrative, and market intent. Ken Chigbo brings more than 17 years of experience from London trading desks, with a background in translating macro analysis into execution.

E8 Markets stated that the goal of the Live Lounge Experience is to present trading as a high-performance mental sport, offering insight into how professionals think, manage stress, and maintain consistency. Applications are now open for traders interested in attending.
